- Joan Side Added 2018-04-17★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆First, can’t believe how expensive they are! Second, the waiting room is very not Pet Friendly... too small! The animals are to close from each other. Third, the reception is to close to the entrance so when you come in, your pet meet the one paying! Fourth, one receptionnist is not helping while another one is doing the best service for you! The technical assistant talks to you like tou are a little dumb!
It wasn’t a great experience at all.
